CJ Gelatine Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, for considering and approving the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company along with limited review report for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Trading Window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/' Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes from February 05, 2017 and will reopen 48 hours after the publication of the December quarter results to the public.
