C Mahendra Exports Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014 to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from November 14, 2014 to November 16, 2014 (both days inclusive) in terms of Point No. 3.2 of the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992.
