Can Fin Homes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2015 inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 7/- per equity share (face value Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year 2014-15, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the 28th Annual General Meeting be held on or before September 30, 2015.
