Registration with IRDAI- Corporate Agent- Reg. 30- Further to our letter CFHRO SE CS LODR 103/2017 dated 22/09/2017 (wherein we had informed regarding amendment to the objects clause of Memorandum of Association to act as corporate agents for Insurance business), we would like to inform that the Company has obtained a Certificate of Registration (CoR No. CA0533) from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) for carrying on business as Corporate Agents for Insurance Business (Composite). The registration is valid upto 30/11/2020. The Company has the required infrastructure to act as the Corporate agents for insurance business. The Company can commence the business after due compliance of the requirements under IRDAI (Registration of Corporate Agents) Regulations, 2015. <BR> <BR>
