Canara Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter-alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015 and also to recommend consideration of Dividend for the year 2014-15, if any, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>In terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from May 15, 2015 to May 27, 2015 for the Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank and will be reopened on May 28, 2015, on account of Board Meeting to be held on May 25, 2015, inter-alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015, as informed in the above cited letter.
