Canara Bank has informed BSE that Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from July 11, 2014 to July 23, 2014 for the Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank and will be reopened on July 24, 2014, on account of Board Meeting to be held on July 21, 2014, inter-alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2014.
