Canara Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from February 02, 2016 to February 14, 2016 for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank and will be reopened on February 15, 2016, on account of Board Meeting to be held on February 12, 2016, inter-alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2015, as informed in the above cited letter.
