Capital First Ltd has informed BSE that the Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2014, inter alia, has approved a proposed issue of Unsecured, Non-Convertible Perpetual Debentures (Perpetual Debt Instruments-PDI) in one or more tranches, for an aggregate amount of Rs. 50 Crore (Rupees Fifty Crore only) on private placement basis.
