Capital First Ltd has informed BSE that the Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution passed by Circulation on February 04, 2016, inter alia approved the allotment of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Subordinated securities in the nature of Debentures (TIER II Instruments) ("NCDs").<BR><BR>1. The Company has raised Rs. 100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crores) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.<BR><BR>2. The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation on February 04, 2016 has inter - alia approved allotment of 1000 NCDs having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.<BR><BR>The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited- Wholesale Debt Segment.
