The Board of directors through resolution passed by circulation on 6th February, 2024 and based on the recommendation of tthe Audit committee but subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained at the ensuing General meeting of the company, have recommended the appointment of M/s Raj Gupta & Co. Chartered Accountants (FRN : 000203N) as Statutory Auditor of the company to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s A.C. Gupta & Associates.
