Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2015, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 & an interim dividend proposal for the year 2014-15.<BR><BR>The trading window of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2015 to January 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above.
