Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2017, inter alia, has declared a payment of interim dividend of Re. 1/- (One rupee only) per equity share (on a face value of Re. 1/-) for the year ending March 31, 2017. In the case of shareholders opting for NECS/ECS, the dividend would in the normal course be credited to their accounts by February 24, 2017. In case of physical warrants, they will be posted by February 24, 2017.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1.45 p.m. and concluded at 5:10 p.m.
