Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 01, 2015, to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 & the Board would also be considering final dividend recommendation to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The trading window of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2015 to May 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above.
