Career Point Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Company's internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the company has informed to its Directors/Officers /Designated Employees for the closure of the Trading window, for dealing in Securities of the Company, from November 03, 2014 till the closing of business hour of November 17, 2014 (both days inclusive). The closure of the Trading window is on account of declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2014.
