| Career Point Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider various items;<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results (Statement) for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider and take on record the Auditors Report for the year ended March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>3. To adopt quarterly Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the Company in pursuance of the SEBI Prohibition (Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, above information is Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Officers and Designate Employees till May 11, 2016 (i.e. closure of the trading hours).<BR><BR>The Company has already informed to all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Officers and Designated Employees hot to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
