Dear Sir/Madam, <BR> <BR> Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT), Regulations 2015 as amended and clarification given by BSE Limited vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and National Stock Exchange Limited vide circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2nd, 2019, We wish to inform you that the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Officers and Designated Persons with effect from October 01st, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30th, 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, the date of the Meeting for declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30th, 2021 will be intimated in due course.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the Officers and Designated Persons of the Company are hereby advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR>
