CCS Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that based on the audited balance sheet of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, the entire net-worth of the company amounting to Rs. 1004.50 lacs consisting of equity share capital only has been fully wiped out by accumulated losses amounting to Rs. 1164.26 lacs and hence, the Company has become a Sick Industrial Company within the meaning of Section 3[1][o] of Sick Industrial Companies [Special Provision Act 1985 and it was mandatory for the company to make a reference under section 15 of the said Act to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction [BIFR].<BR><BR>Accordingly, the company had filed Form-A with BIFR and the same has been registered vide Case No. 92/2015.
