Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Policy on Determination of Materiality of Event, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors has, at its meeting held today, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anant Goenka, as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years i.e. from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
