| CEENIK EXPORTS (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/01/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the registered office of the Company, to consider and approve: 1. The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023 together with the Limited Review Report thereon; 2. Any other matter with the permission of chair. Pursuant to Company's code of Conduct and procedures for fair disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company have already been closed from January 01, 2024 and shall open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results.
