We wish to inform you that in its Meeting held on August 31, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the revision in the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015. <BR> <BR> In terms of Regulations 8 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/ISD/01/2015 dated May 11, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the copy of the abovementioned Code.<BR>
