Modulus Alternatives Investment Managers Limited ("Modulus"), an investment manger for Alternate Investment funds has executed definitive documents to raise about INR 16.5 Cr through issue of fresh equity shares to the Company and to one other investor on 22nd March, 2024. After the proposed allotment of shares, Modulus will ceased to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and the Company would hold an equity stake of 82.35% in Modulus.
