Century Enka Ltd has informed BSE that July 07, 2015 is fixed as "cut off date" to determine the names of the shareholders and their entitlement to cast the vote through e-voting, on Resolutions to be approved at 49th Annual General Meeting on July 14, 2015.<BR><BR>The period of remote e-voting will commence from Friday, July 10, 2015 at 9.00 A.M. and ends on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 5.00 P.M.<BR><BR>The Company would be availing e-voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) to facilitate e-voting.
