Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth Quarter and Financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and;<BR><BR>- In terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
