| Chambal Breweries and Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following:<br/><br/>- Took note of shifting of the Registered Office of the Company pursuant to Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2013, from the State of Maharashtra to State of Rajasthan and pursuant to the provisions of section 180(1)(a) and section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, to authorise board to sell, dispose of and / or transfer of whole or substantially whole of company's undertaking and to borrow money, respectively as approved by the shareholders through Postal Ballot on May 20, 2014 and matters connected thereto. | |
