| Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 08, 2014 to approve, inter-alia, the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 24, 2014 to August 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all the directors and designated employees. | |
