Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2016, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.90 per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company. The dividend shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.<BR><BR>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1100 hours and concluded at 1355 hours.
