With reference to the earlier letter dated November 12, 2016 regarding the proposed merger of CFCL Technologies Limited ("CFCL Tech"), a subsidiary of the Company incorporated under the laws of Cayman Islands, with CFCL Ventures Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CFCL Tech incorporated under the laws of Cayman Islands.<BR><BR>Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies has approved the merger of CFCL Tech into CFCL Ventures Limited effective December 20, 2016. Accordingly, CFCL Tech stands merged with CFCL Ventures Limited with effect from that date.
