| Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 04, 2016, has transacted the following businesses:<BR><BR>1. Approved the sub-division of each equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company into two equity shares of Rs. 5/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and other applicable regulatory approvals.<BR><BR>2. Alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company and Articles of Association of the Company for the purpose of sub-division of equity shares subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.<BR><BR>The abovementioned meeting of Board commenced at 10.00 a.m. and concluded at 12.30 p.m. | |
