This is to inform you that pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 27th April, 2017, the Company has entered into an agreement to acquire the equity shares of Chembond Solenis Water Technologies Limited (CSWTL) (subsidiary company) from Solenis Netherlands B.V. After the said acquisition, the subsidiary company shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 1 of Para A of Part A, Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as per 'Annexure - I'. The trading window is already closed between 26th April, 2017 and 8th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) and will be applicable for the above transaction as well. The trading window shall re-open on 9th May, 2017. This is for your information and record.
