This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Chembond Chemicals Limited will be held on Saturday, 19th August, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from 10th August, 2017 to 21st August, 2017 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on 22nd August, 2017.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the above on record.
