This is to inform you that IND-AS is applicable to Chembond Chemicals Limited from 1st April, 2017. To facilitate smooth transition during the first year of applicability of the IND-AS on the listed Companies, SEBI vide its circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016 has, inter-alia, provided relaxation of one month for submitting the financial results of the Company for the first two quarters of the financial year and in terms thereof the Company would avail the extension for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2017 as well.<BR> <BR> Kindly note that the Company is availing the extension pursuant to the above referred SEBI Circular. <BR> <BR> We shall intimate the Exchange of the Board Meeting for, inter-alia, approval of results for the second quarter ended September, 2017 in due course of time.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the above on record.<BR>
