Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 31, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in this connection & pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from October 23, 2015 to November 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on November 03, 2015.
