| Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection & pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from January 29, 2016 to February 08, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on February 09, 2016. | |
