Chemfab Alkalis Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2015, have approved Chemfab Alkalis Stock Option Scheme 2015 (CAESOS - 2015) which provides for issue of 4,00,000 options to<BR>eligible employees convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 5 each. The Scheme will come into effect from the date of approval of the shareholders of the Company.
