Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide letter dated September 08, 2015 has informed that the Competent Authority has approved the proposal for extension of tenure of Shri.S.Venkataramana, Director (Operations), CPCL w.e.f. October 03, 2015 till June 30, 2017 i.e., till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
