With reference to the earlier letter dated April 27, 2015 regarding Intimation of Board Meeting to be held on May 22, 2015, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is re-scheduled to be held on May 23, 2015 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and consider recommendation of dividend, if any for the year 2014-15.
