| Cheviot Company Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder, the Company has fixed July 22, 2016 as the cut-off date to determine members who shall be entitled to cast their vote by electronic means on businesses to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company convened to be held on July 29, 2016 during the period commencing from 10:00 a.m. of Tuesday, July 26, 2016 to 5:00 p.m. of July 28, 2016.<BR><BR>Consequently, the same cut-off date of July 22, 2016 would also determine members who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote as may be required at the said AGM on July 29, 2016.<BR><BR>The Company would be availing e-Voting services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). | |
