Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Company shall meet on Wednesday, 24th May, 2017 at 11.30 a.m. at 24, Park Street, Magma House', 9th Floor, Kolkata - 700 016 to inter-alia consider and approve the audited standalone financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017. Further, please be informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window under the Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of Cheviot Company Limited by Insiders" will be closed from 15th May, 2017 for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons defined in the said code. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the outcome of the Board Meetings in respect of above matters are announced to BSE Limited.
