| Cheviot Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company shall meet on February 10, 2016, inter alia, consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window under the Companys "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of Cheviot Company Limited by Insiders" will be closed from February 01, 2016 for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons defined in the said code. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015. | |
