To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31,2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider the appointment of Mr. Pooran Singh Malhuria as Additional Whole Time Director of the Company.<BR><BR>Further the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from February 05, 2016 to February 15, 2016.
