Cipla Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1).<br/><br/>Pursuant to the above and in terms of Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "trading window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 6:00 p.m. on August 06, 2014 till completion of 24 hours after the unaudited financial results are made public.
