The Exchange had sought clarification from Cipla Ltd with respect to news appearing in Business Standard on January 13, 2015 titled "Cipla barred from selling Onbrez generic."<BR><BR>Cipla Ltd replied stating "The news item forwarded by you already states Companys position on this issue. Further, please refer to our letter dated 17 December 2014 wherein we have stated that the development is in the ordinary course of business and revenues/profits from the product is not expected to be material in the current financial year."
