Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Mr. Kewal Handa as a Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, w.e.f. November 5, 2015 to fill in the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Mr. Bharat Patel.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Sunirmal Talukdar as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, w.e.f. November 5, 2015 to fill in the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Mr. Y. H. Malegam.
