With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 22, 2015 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting & change in Key Managerial Personel, In this regard, Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd has clarify on the following points:<BR><BR>1. "Industrial Consumer Specialist" business should be read as "Industrial & Consumer Specialties" business;<BR><BR>2. Mr. B. L. Gaggar will be relinquished from the role of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer on conclusion of 58th Annual General Meeting scheduled on April 24, 2015. The date of 58th AGM should be read as "April 24, 2015".
