Exit Offer Public Announcement to the remaining public shareholders ('Residual Public Shareholders') of Claris Lifesciences Limited (the 'Company') made by Athanas Enterprise Private Limited ('AEPL' or the 'Promoter') and Claris Holdings Private Limited ('CHPL') (collectively referred to as 'Acquirers') for the acquisition of 22,88,697 (Twenty Two Lakh Eighty Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Seven) fully paid up Equity Shares (representing 4.19% of the paid up share capital of the Company) held by the Residual Public Shareholders of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, as amended from time to time (the 'Delisting Regulations')
