CMI FPE Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2014, has appointed Mr. Jean Jouet as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.<br/><br/>Mr. Jean Jouet is the Chief Development Officer of CMI SA, the holding company and also the President of CMI Industry, CMI SA.<br/><br/>Further the Board at the said Meeting also appointed Ms. Roma Balwani as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company for a term of five years with effect from October 29, 2014, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
