CMI FPE Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>Further the Company confirms that as per the Companys internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors/Senior Executives and designated employees of the Company from January 01, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. February 07, 2014.
