With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2013, CMI FPE Ltd has now informed BSE that as mentioned in the Note 5 to the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2013 submitted by the Company that the figures for the last quarter are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date figures to the third quarter of the full financial year.<br/><br/>Accordingly, the above statement of Financial Results is revised only to the extent of mentioning (Audited) (Refer Note 5)" in place of "Un-audited" in the columns, which are pertaining to results for the last quarter of the year and previous year. Rest of the text of the above Results remains unchanged.<br/><br/>In this regard the Company has submitted to BSE rectified Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2013.
