Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their Meeting held on December 11, 2017 declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (face value) for the financial year ending March 31, 2018. The said interim dividend will be paid on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 27.20 crore involving a total pay-out of Rs.131 Crore (including dividend distribution tax).<BR><BR>The said interim dividend declared by the Board at their Meeting held on December 11, 2017 will be paid on December 29, 2017.
