| Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed July 23, 2015 as the CUT-OFF DATE to ascertain the shareholders eligible to cast their vote elecnonieally on all the resolutions of the ensuing 74th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The same cut-off date of July 23, 2015 would also ascertain the eligibility of the shareholders to east their vote through ballot firms and at the the ensuing AGM.<BR><BR>The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 30, 2015 at 3.30 p.m. at Birla Matushri Sabhagar, No. 19, Vithaldas Thackersy Marg, New Marine Lines, Mumbai - 400 020 at 3.30 p.m.<BR><BR>The Company would be availing remote e-Voting services of National Securities Depository Limited. | |
